The cross-cultural orientation workshops of Tamale Institute of Cross-Cultural Studies (TICCS) is to prepare expatriates and new missionaries who arrived in Ghana to stay or work for an effective cross-cultural immersion and pastoral ministry in various cultures of Ghana. This programme is equally beneficial for people going for missions outside Ghana.
